Our management team possesses over 25 years of experience in the operational services sector. We have managed projects and served clients with a focus on America, Europe, the Middle East, and Asia.

Our founder and CEO, Mr. Jan Wilhelm, has 25 years of experience as a project manager in the waste and facility management industry. Projects include Abu Dhabi Airports, including the Midfield Terminal, the Burj Khalifa in Dubai, and many others for various service providers in Europe and the Middle East.

We have gained international experience working for international non-profit organizations over the past 20 years. Further focus areas included strategy management and consultancy for the expansion planning of companies in Europe and the Middle East, as well as non-profit organizations from New York and Dubai.

Our current focus is on the energy, IT, and office sectors, as well as the turnaround, spin-off, and expansion of companies, foundations, non-profit organizations, and non-governmental organizations, including cross-border management.
